Dawson students are rehearsing to perform the musical Dear Edwina Junior. The children’s musical tells the story of a young girl who gives her neighborhood friends and family advice through song and dance.
The show opens Thursday, May 17 and runs for the next two consecutive nights with performances beginning at 7 p.m. in the Dawson Middle School cafetorium. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students.
The DMS performance of Dear Edwina Junior is directed by Danyah Arafat-Johnson with musical direction provided by Marla Ringel and choreography by Isabelle Hahn.
