SPARK Welcomes DEA to Town Hall

Community organization SPARK is hosting a parents only event in October. The town hall scheduled for Monday, Oct. 29 features a guest speaker from the United States Drug Enforcement Agency. Agent Calvin Bond will field questions from parents on the topic of drugs and how adults can identify drug use and abuse in teenagers. The town hall is from 7:30- 9 p.m. inside Carroll High School, guests are asked to enter through the back of the building. Click here to download the flyer.

A follow up meeting is already scheduled for Monday, Nov. 12 and will discuss the legal implications for parents, guardians and children in the event of a drug problem.
