Two Dragons Earn National Merit Acheivement

Two Carroll Dragons have earned National Merit Achievement honors.

Senior Anthony Munson has been named National Achievement Semifinalist and was also among Carroll’s 46 Commended Students.

Senior Kamal Phelps has been named one of the National Achievement Program Outstanding Participants referred to colleges. Phelps scored in the top three percent of more than 160,000 Black Americans who took the PSAT in October of 2013. A roster of these students is sent to about 1,500 college and universities.
