Cool Pony Media of Colleyville is thrilled to announce the release of the Electrofest Volume One compilation featuring Carroll High School sophomore Lauren Henriksen. Lauren was signed by Cool Pony Music when she was 13 years old, and will be releasing her first solo album this March. Lauren has also been named an ambassador of To Write Love on Her Arms, a non-profit organization that works closely with Cool Pony Media.
To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self injury, and suicide. It exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery. Cool Pony Media has a long-term partnership with To Write Love on Her Arms, hosting events throughout the year that benefit the organization.
The release of Electrofest Volume One is accompanied by an Electrofest concert, which will be held Friday, Feb. 5, from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at the Irving Convention Center. Lauren will be performing at Electrofest, and numerous merchandise items will be for sale, all benefiting To Write Love On Her Arms. Ticket’s for this concert are available here.
