New stores are opening every day in Southlake. At the heart of the city, shoppers will find Southlake Town Square, an expansive outdoor shopping district with more than 125 shops and dozens of restaurants. Southlake’s original retail hub might resemble a quaint historical downtown, but Town Square is only 17 years young and offers today’s hottest brands to prove it. With foodie favorites like Trader Joe’s and Del Frisco’s Grille lining the south edge of the Square along Southlake Boulevard, and boutique hotel Hilton Southlake Town Square at the north end near Highway 114, Southlake Town Square truly offers visitors everything from shopping to dining and accommodations.

Adjacent to Town Square at Highway 114 and North Carroll Avenue, Carroll Point is one of Southlake’s newest shopping centers. Although smaller than Town Square, Carroll Point adds to the variety of shopping and dining options available in the city. Chuy’s, the popular Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant chain, has been serving hungry customers in Southlake since opening in 2015, but most of the other tenants opened their doors in 2016. Lo Lo’s Chicken and Waffles serves more than a half-dozen variations of the Southern staple, and fast-casual Salata offers over 50 ingredients to build customizable salads. Bicycle World provides one-stop shopping for cycling enthusiasts, offering bicycles and gear for sale, as well as bike services. Several spas, salons and studios round out the remaining spaces, including The Gent’s Place, Robert Morales Studio, Hand and Stone Massage, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, and bodybar Studios.

The Shops of Southlake is located directly across from Town Square along Southlake Boulevard, and is a popular destination for residents and visitors alike. Anchored by Central Market, a gourmet grocer with a vast selection of food products and cooking classes, the shopping center also includes DSW Shoes, Nordstrom Rack, Pier 1 Imports, Corinthian Wellness Spa, Jordan Taylor, Bonefish Grill, and Howard Wang’s China Grill, to name a few.

From The Shops of Southlake, venture across the street to discover Southlake’s newest shopping center: Park Village, which is located at the southwest corner of Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue. The mix of shops and restaurants include well-known names like Orvis and REI, two popular outdoors outfitters; Michaels, the arts and crafts super store; culinary retail favorites The Fresh Market and Sur La Table; and eateries including Gloria’s Latin Cuisine, Malai Kitchen, RA Sushi and Taverna Rosa, among other center occupants. Further east, shoppers will find Kimball Oaks, another relatively new shopping complex located at the intersection of Southlake Boulevard and Kimball Avenue. Most prominent in the center, PGA Tour Superstore is the place to shop for all things golf and features certified golf pros, swing simulators, practice bays, a putting green and more. Bassett Furniture, Tuesday Morning, and restaurants including Red Rock Canyon Grill and BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse also inhabit the center.

Other well established shopping areas are nearby and further add to the variety of shopping options in Southlake. Directly across the street, Southlake Corners contains Home Goods, Staples, Babies ‘R Us and Toys ‘R Us, Kincaid’s Hamburgers, McAlister’s Deli, and other stores. Minutes up the road, Gateway Plaza is home to Ulta Beauty, Bed Bath & Beyond, T.J. Maax, Old Navy, Mellow Mushroom, and Anamia’s Tex-Mex, to name a few longstanding customer favorites.
