Central Market Kicks-off 2011 with Special Events

Metro Health Kick Event: January 15, 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Bring the kids out for fun activities that will teach them about the importance of nutrition. Central Market will have several activity stations and even a live dairy cow! Perfect for ages 4-7yrs. There will also be free chiropractic screenings for kids by Family Wellness Chiropractic, free chair massages, live music, fun workouts with Metro Moms Fitness, prizes, giveaways and more.

Southlake Chamber of Commerce Announces Chuck Greenberg as January Speaker

The Southlake Chamber of Commerce announces Chuck Greenberg, managing partner and CEO of the Texas Rangers, as the guest speaker for its January 28 luncheon. Mr. Greenberg will discuss the 2010 season and provide insight into the upcoming 2011 season of the Texas Rangers. The luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m. at Trophy Club Country Club. Pieter Andries Partners with Kids Matter International

Pieter Andries, Creators of Fine Jewelry,is proud to announce its participation in the 2011 Kids Matter International (KMI) “Fruit of the Vine Gala” to be held February 18 at the Hilton Southlake Town Square. The annual fundraiser benefits KMI’s programs to help children locally and around the world.

To kick off its partnership with KMI, Pieter Andries hosted “Diamonds and Dreams for Kids” on December 14. Guests were treated to hors d’oeuvres and cocktails as they helped to choose the winning jewelry design – a beautiful yellow gold diamond pendent valued at $10,000 – that Pieter Andries will create and donate to KMI to be auctioned off at the February gala.
