Central Sector Plan

City Council Meeting – 2^nd Reading

Date & Time: 5:30PM Tuesday, October 19, 2010 – THIS IS A PUBLIC HEARING

Location: Council Chambers, Southlake Town Hall, 1400 Main Street

Topic: After a presentation by City staff summarizing its contents and recommendations, the Planning & Zoning Commission will consider sending the Central Sector Plan forward to City Council for approval.  The Central Sector Plan provides land use, mobility, and other recommendations to the area north of Southlake Blvd, south of SH 114, east of Randol Mill Ave, and west of Carroll Ave.  If approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission, the City Council will consider the first of two readings of the Plan at their meeting on October 5.  A draft Central Sector Plan is available to view at www.southlake2030.com.

Southeast Sector Plan

Location: Council Chambers, Southlake Town Hall, 1400 Main Street
