Fire Damages House

On November 2nd at approximately 11:50 a.m. fire units with the Southlake Department of Public Safety responded to a structure fire at 702 S. White Chapel Blvd. Upon arrival there were flames showing from the upper level of the residence. The Southlake units were assisted with suppression efforts from the mutual aide cities of Bedford, Colleyville, Grapevine, Hurst, Keller and Roanoke. The residence sustained substantial damage and the estimated loss is not available at this time. The structure was occupied at the time of the fire by a Property Manager but no injuries were sustained by the occupant or fire personnel. The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
