Vacation House Watch Requests

Southlake DPS has been providing our  citizens with a Vacation House Watch program for many years but did you know we’ve gone digital? With the holidays quickly approaching, we encourage you to take advantage of this free program offered through DPS Police Services to safeguard your home if you are on vacation.

This program is designed for residents of Southlake when they are out of town for an extended time period. When a homeowner requests a vacation house watch, a police officer checks the residence (at least once per shift) to ensure the premises is secure. The new program will help to eliminate redundancy and promote a more streamlined process for everyone involved.

The updated link will direct citizens to a website, who will then be required to create a new account.   After creating an account, users will be able to log in with a username and password.  The account will be used to request or update a house watch and to update account information via the internet.  House watch  requests and updates are instantaneous and can be viewed by Southlake Police Officers immediately.

To take advantage of this program, please click the following link Vacation House Watch . If you have any problems with the online program, please call Police Services at 817-748-8114.
