Concert to Feature Award Winning Jazz Band

The APEX Arts League presents the famous UNT One O’Clock Lab Band in a performance for the Southlake community.

The performance is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 28 at 8:00 p.m. A pre-concert begins at 7:30 with members of Carroll Senior High School Jazz Band 1. The event takes place at White’s Chapel United Methodist Church located at 185 South White Chapel Boulevard.

Some members of this prestigious band (pictured right) are former Dragons. Under the direction of Steve Wiest, the group has performed around the world. Last year, the One O’Clock was nominated for a Grammy Award. 

The concert is open to the public and tickets are not required but donations are appreciated. Suggested donations at the door: $10 for adults, $5 for Seniors, students and APEX Members.
