Students and Parents Against Risk to our Kids (S.P.A.R.K.) is kicking off the 2011 year with a return of the program — “Keeping Your Teens Safe on the Road.” The event will be held Tuesday, Jan. 25 from 7-8:30 p.m. on the third floor of Southlake Town Hall. Featured speakers include John Schock of Park Place Lexus and Thomas Poling of the Teen Skills Driving School. Texting and cell phone accidents are on the rise and this program will help teach students and parents how to staying safe on the road.
