Dragon Den Unveils New Website

Only great things happen when two powerhouses come together for a good cause. Carroll ISD heralds an exemplary rating by the Texas Education Agency and is nationally recognized for its academics, athletics and fine arts. The Carroll Dragons have won 36 state titles since 1975. These titles include: football, wrestling, golf, cross country, swimming, baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, marching band, one-act play, academic champion, robotics, accounting and computer science. Due to their continued success, the Carroll Dragon fans are fierce and loyal.

The Carroll Athletic Booster Club which supports all UIL sports for 7-12 grade has partnered with Bob Lilly Professional Promotions to create a new online version of their DRAGON DEN spirit shop. This expanded online retail store will be the exclusive outlet for all new approved, official Dragon merchandise. The Dragon Den (pictured below) is located at the athletic stadium and open to the public on Tuesday-Thursdays 10a.m.–2 p.m and now online anytime atwww.cabcdragonden.com.

The Carroll Athletic Booster Club contributes 100% of the proceeds from the Dragon Den back into programs to support UIL sports. “There is something different about student athletes at CISD. As tough as they are on the field of play, they are equally as tenacious in the classroom. The Carroll Athletic Booster Club comprised of all volunteers work just as hard as our students to ensure our student athletes have all the “tools” it takes to be successful,” states Robert Williams, president Carroll Athletic Boosters. “By partnering with a professional and exceptional team like Bob Lilly Professional Promotions who is delivering a great opportunity for new fundraising and enhancing the Dragon pride through the Dragons Den,” continues Williams.
