Special City Council Meeting –January 25

The Southlake City Council will meet for a special meeting on Monday, January 25that 5 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.  The agenda for this meeting and others can be found here.

SPARK Meeting – January 25

Students and Parents Against Risk to our Kids (S.P.A.R.K.) kicks off 2011 with “Keeping Your Teens Safe on the Road” on Tuesday January  25thfrom 7-8:30 p.m. on the third floor of Southlake Town Hall.  Texting and cell phone accidents are on the rise and this program will help teach students and parents how to staying safe on the road. Featured speakers include John Schock of Park Place Lexus and Thomas Poling of the Teen Skills Driving School.  For more information, contact Laura Hill at 817-980-5011 or email at place1@ci.southlake.tx.us.The event is sponsored by Carroll ISD, the City of Southlake and SPARK.

 

 

 

 

Southlake 2030 Land Use Plan Committee

The Southlake 2030 Land Use Plan Committee will meet to hold the kick-off for the FM 1709 and FM 1938 Corridors, to hold a mini-charrette (work session) on the Kimball Avenue/Crooked Lane properties within the 75 LDN Airport Compatibility Zone, and to discuss the results of the charrette for the southwest corner of FM 1709/Carroll Avenue.

Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on January 27 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.  The agenda for this meeting and others can be found here.
