Specialty Butcher Shop and Grocery Store Opens in Southlake

SOUTHLAKE, TX (March 2, 2011) –Executive Chef, Erwin Turalba, and Proprietor, Kate Alberts, announce today the grand opening of Chef’s Meat and Fish Market located in Southlake, Texas.  The Market is a startup, specialty butcher shop and boutique grocery store focusing on natural, fresh, and local meats and fish.

In addition to meat and fish (deli meat included), Chef’s offers accompanying items such as fresh produce, pasta, sauces, spices, marinades, breads, sandwiches, soups, specialty cakes and beverages such as soda, wine, and beer.  All food and beverage products are sold “to-go”.  Chef’s also offers hot food items as prepared foods to-go and will have in-store seating for limited dining.
