SOUTHLAKE, TX (March 2, 2011) –Executive Chef, Erwin Turalba, and Proprietor, Kate Alberts, announce today the grand opening of Chef’s Meat and Fish Market located in Southlake, Texas. The Market is a startup, specialty butcher shop and boutique grocery store focusing on natural, fresh, and local meats and fish.

All food and beverage products are sold “to-go”. Chef’s also offers hot food items as prepared foods to-go and will have in-store seating for limited dining.
