Dragons Remain Unbeaten On Season

The Carroll Dragons started the season hot and haven’t cooled off. Carroll is 13-0-3 and knocked off Saginaw 8-0 last Friday to improve to 6-0 in District 7-5A….The Dragons have outscored teams 74-4 this season…Mac McGuire leads the Dragons with 22 goals while Matthew Leach and Juan Carlos Flores have scored nine apiece…Carroll faces Denton Guyer Tuesday, Feb. 22 at Dragon Stadium at 7:30 p.m. and hosts Fossil Ridge on Friday, Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m.
Lady Dragons In First Place

The Lady Dragons are also in first place in District 7-5A at 5-1 and are 14-2-2 overall…Sophie Groff is in the midst of an impressive season leading the team with 15 goals and eight assists. Julia Dyche is second on the team with 13 goals and Lissi Lonsberry has 10…Both of the Lady Dragons’ games this week are on the road — Tuesday, Feb. 22 at Denton Guyer and Friday, Feb. 25 at Fossil Ridge. Both games start at 7:30 p.m.
