Council Votes to Deny GAS10-001

The Southlake City Council voted to deny (6-0) without prejudice GAS10-001 and its associated variance requests at the March 29 City Council meeting.

The term “without prejudice” allows for an applicant to re-apply for a specific use permit (SUP) in the future.  Currently, the City of Southlake has a gas drilling moratorium in place on gas applications; it is due to expire in July.
