Public Invited to Submit Questions for Gas Drilling Meeting

In anticipation of the Gas Drilling Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, March 22nd, the public is invited to submit questions to the City Council and City Attorneys.  Questions should focus on gas drilling legal and procedural issues and the ordinances which currently address the issue.   Specific questions about the pending Wright application will be accepted, but will not be addressed at this meeting.

In order to prepare for the meeting, all previously submitted online questions are being forwarded to the Council and the City Attorney.  If you did not get a chance to submit questions online, question cards will be available at the meeting.

The meeting is hosted by Mayor John Terrell and the Southlake City Council and will feature comments by the Southlake City Attorneys and a public question and answer session.

The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m and will take place in the Council Chamber.  Overflow seating will be available on the third floor of Town Hall.  Those who can’t attend the meeting can watch on www.CityofSouthlake.com/SouthlakeVideoOnDemand.
