Graduation News

Graduation 2011 will be held Friday, June 3 at Dragon Stadium, 1085 S. Kimball Avenue, Southlake, TX  76092. Gates to the stadium will open at 6:15 p.m. Students must arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. Rehearsal begins at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning. Rehearsal attendance is mandatory if students are to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Graduates may pick up their diplomas at Carroll Senior High School Monday, June 6 between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.Graduates or their parents must pick up their own diploma and sign a verification sheet.

The Class of 2011 can purchase a commemorative DVD of the ceremony produced by the district’s Communications and Marketing Department. Click here for DVD details and order form. New this year, friends and family can purchase a graduation message (pictured right) to play on the video board at Dragon Stadium. The video display measures 22′ high by 40′ wide. Messages will be shown before, during and after the graduation ceremony. For details on how to purchase a video board message, click here. Following the ceremony, all graduates are invited to attend this year’s Project Graduation event at Main Event in Grapevine. The all night event starts at 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. Tickets are required. Tickets cost $75 if purchased prior to Friday, Apr. 29 and $85 after that date until May 27.
