Take Voice of the Dragon Customer Survey

Parents of students enrolled in Carroll Independent School for the 2010-2011 school year are encouraged to take the “Voice of the Dragon Customer” survey before the end of the school year. The survey link is available on the CISD’s website or by clicking the appropriate link below. The survey, conducted by Dr. Lowell Strike, of the Student Services Department, will be open until midnight June 2.

Parents are asked to fill out a separate survey response for each of the children they have enrolled in a CISD campus this school year. The online survey is conducted to obtain feedback on the level of customer service offered by CISD and each of its 11 campuses. Information obtained from this survey is used for strategic planning and evaluation purposes.

“The survey can be a valuable continuous improvement planning tool and will give some insight into the general thoughts of our parents,” Dr. Strike said.
