Southlake Chamber of Commerce Seeks Input from Businesses

Update: The Chamber of Commerce’s business survey closed on July 31, and is no longer available online.

The Southlake Chamber of Commerce has issued its first comprehensive business survey, seeking input and opinions from Southlake businesses. Available on the Chamber’s website, www.southlakechamber.com, from now until July 31, the survey will be instrumental in helping the organization better understand issues facing Southlake businesses, and identify future economic development and business assistance programs.

“This is the first time we have reached out to the entire business community to get feedback,” stated Dana Davis, president and CEO of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce.  “The quality of the survey depends in large part on the quantity and quality of the responses – I cannot stress enough the importance of businesses completing the survey.”

Reaching out to existing Southlake businesses is a recommendation included Southlake’s Economic Development and Tourism (EDT) Strategic Plan recently approved by the City.

Not restricted to Chamber members, the survey is open to all Southlake businesses and may be taken anonymously. In all cases, individual responses will be treated as confidential. The Chamber will summarize the total responses received and provide a summary report to the City of Southlake, the Southlake Business Council and to other entities or individuals who request a copy of the aggregate summary report.
