Carroll school officials have announced a new traffic plan at Carroll Senior High School that includes two-way traffic from the entrance on FM 1709/Southlake Boulevard.
Principal Mike Rhodes said the traffic plan helps ensure safe entry and exits for parents and student drivers and will provide vehicles with another point of entry to the campus. School starts on Monday and Rhodes said there will be staff members and police officers on site to assist with the traffic flow plan.
School officials met with members of the Department of Public Safety Friday. Drivers are encouraged to follow the traffic arrows on the map provided and to drive carefully on the site, looking for pedestrian traffic.
