The Texas Legislature, during their 82nd Regular Session, approved 10 joint resolutions proposing 10 constitutional amendments. On November 8, 2011, registered voters across the State of Texas will go to the polls to vote on these amendments. A sample ballot and the explanation for each proposed amendment are located on the Secretary of State’s website.
Early voting for the Constitutional Amendment Election will run from October 24, 2011 through November 4, 2011. Because the City of Southlake is situated in Denton County and Tarrant County, it is important that Southlake residents vote in the county in which they reside.

Before Election Day, Southlake residents who are registered to vote in Tarrant County from any precinct may vote at Southlake Town Hall (1400 Main St.) in the Third Floor Training Rooms at the following times:

Before Election Day, Southlake residents who are registered to vote in Denton County must vote at a Denton County polling location. The closest polling location to Southlake is the Trophy Club MUD located at 100 Municipal Dr. in Trophy Club, Texas, with early voting taking place at the following times:
Southlake voters must go to their county precinct polling location on Election Day, Tuesday, November 8.
