Revised Gas Drilling Ordinance Approved on First Reading

Update: The second reading of a revised version of the City’s gas and oil drilling ordinance 880-B will take place at the October 18, 2011 Council meeting. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. and will take place in the City Council Chambers of Town Hall, 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas.

At the October 4, 2011 City Council meeting, the Council approved, on first reading, revisions to chapter 9.5 of ordinance No. 880-B, the City’s oil and gas well drilling and production ordinance.
