The City of Southlake’s Department of Public Safety now has its own Facebook page. You can find it by searching Southlake DPS or simply click on Facebook.
Members of the police and fire departments, and the emergency management division of DPS, stay busy year-round helping to keep residents informed and to provide a safe and secure community in which residents can live and work.
In the month of October alone, fire and police have been actively engaged in ongoing training exercises and participating in safety events for the public including: National Night Out; giving life-saving information to families during National Emergency Preparedness Month; providing residents with an inside look at Southlake DPS operations in our 16th Annual Citizens Academy class; firefighters are wearing pink T-shirts for the entire month of October to support Breast Cancer Awareness and so much more.
By clicking “Like” on our DPS Facebook page you will be able to keep up-to-date with Southlake DPS and the events that our police and fire departments are participating in including volunteer efforts away from work to help raise money for great causes such as Ride for the Blind and Spokes4Hope.
Check out our DPS Facebook page and thank you for your support.
