The 10U Southlake Cobras, a team primarily made of 5th grade students from Eubanks Intermediate School, proudly upheld the tradition of Southlake football excellence by winning the Texas Amateur Athletic Foundation Flag Football State Championship in College Station last weekend.

The Cobras powerful offense was led by Coach Tony Tolbert and averaged more than 26 points per game while the equally impressive defense, led by Coach Kyle Eldred, only surrendered 18 points over the entire 14 game season including 12 shutouts.  The Cobras overall record was 13-1, and came back to avenge their only loss of the year to the Stephenville Vikings with two consecutive shutout victories to claim the title of State Champs!
