Spokes4Hope Motorcycle Rodeo

GET READY! It’s time for the Southlake Department of Public Safety and the Keller Police Department’s Competition Motorcycle Rodeo for Spokes4Hope! Spokes4Hope is a non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to help brighten the lives of children who have been abused or neglected.

Spokes4Hope

Annual Motorcycles Rallies, and other special events like the motorcycle rodeo, help raise money to give bikes and helmets to abused children during the Christmas Holidays. Spokes4Hope was founded in 2007 by several local police officers including Alton Wells, Kevin Howell, Mike Norris and Craig Ludwig.  The founding members, along with police officers from across north Texas, want to show these kids how much people care about them.  The officers pay for their own entry fee which goes to the charity along with other donations from the event.

Spokes4Hope works with many Child Advocacy Centers across Texas that are dedicated to finding a more compassionate and effective way to bring services to children victimized by abuse.

This is an event you won’t want to miss!  The motorcycle rodeo is fun and exciting to watch and it’s all for a worthy cause. You will see officers demonstrating their skills in a series of challenging performance courses. Several of these events are timed including a partner ride and slow race.  We hope you will join us on Saturday, November 12th at Cabela’s located at 12901 Cabela Drive in Fort Worth.  Cabela’s is a proud sponsor of the Spokes4 Hope event.  Admission is FREE! (Donations are accepted) Food and drinks will be sold at the event and several local companies will have lots of products on display for you to see and purchase.
