The first reading of a land use plan amendment and a zoning change and site plan for the Jellico Chase Office Park project has been administratively tabled to the January 17, 2012 Council meeting at the request of the project’s developers, Blake Architects.The currently unplatted, 3.4 acre property is located at 180 and 190 Jellico Circle in Southlake which is at the northwest intersection of West Jellico Circle and West Southlake Boulevard. The property owners have requested a land use plan amendment from low density residential to office commercial and a zoning change from a single family residential zoning district (SF-1A) to an office zoning district (O-1) that would allow for the construction of four, one-story medical office buildings.
