FREE CPR Training Class

Did you know heart disease is the number 1 killer in the United States?   Each year nearly 330,000 Americans die from heart disease. Many of those deaths might have been prevented if CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation had been performed immediately.

You never know when a life-threatening emergency may strike.  Would you know what to do?  CPR can save lives until medical help arrives. That’s why the City of Southlake’s Department of Public Safety offers FREE CPR classes year-round.

The next CPR class is Saturday, January 21st, from 8:00 a.m. to Noon at our DPS West Fire Station.  If you are interested in signing up for the class it’s easy.  Simply contact our CPR coordinator and instructor Renni Burt at 817-748-8349 or email her at Rburt@ci.southlake.tx.us.
