City Citizen Satisfaction Survey Results Now Available

In the fall of 2011, the City commissioned Decision Analyst, Inc. to conduct an online Citizen Survey which was posted on the City’s website.  From traffic and road construction to sidewalks, parks and City services, more than 800 residents took the time to give the City its bi-annual report card.

The survey results are now available on www.CityofSouthlake.com.   The results and analyses will provide Council and staff with  information that will be used to make sound, strategic decisions in a variety of areas, including City service improvements and enhancements, and tracking internal performance, annual budget planning and implementation, City  policy and City planning and development.

In use since the late 90s, the City has been using the Citizen Survey as a tool to gauge public satisfaction.  It also is designed to help the City establish and evolve benchmarks for service and learn about opportunities for improvement.

Questions about the Citizen Survey should be directed to the City Manager’s office, (817) 748-8400.   Click here to review the survey findings.
