Exclusive New Dragon Pride Issue Donates to Boosters

Longtime Carroll ISD supporter Southlake Style is offering a special opportunity for the community to help the school district celebrate excellence this spring. The magazine is publishing an exclusive 2011 Dragon Pride Championship Edition to commemorate the Carroll Dragons most recent State Football Championship.

Mike Tesoriero, publisher of Southlake Style printed a limited edition of the ever popular 2011  Dragon Pride issue with new photography, features and game recaps from the winning season. The 2011 Dragon Pride Championship Edition also includes player statistics and a special post season interview with Coach Hal Wasson. A limited number of these keepsake publications are available for purchase. The cost is $10 each and 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Carroll Athletic Booster Club. All pre-purchased copies will be available for pickup or for purchase at a special community event on Saturday, Feb. 25 at First Financial Bank located at 151 W. Southlake Blvd. The event is scheduled from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. and will feature food, meet and greet with Coach Hal Wasson, special guest players, Emerald Belles, Dragon Cheerleaders and more. Volunteers from Play it Forward will also be there, collecting new and gently used sporting goods.
