City Briefs for the Week of March 12

Monday, March 12 – The first day of Spring Break for all City School Districts is today.

Monday, March 12 –SPIN will host the following meetings:

• 6:00 p.m.:  The City of Southlake’s Planning and Development Services Department will host a city-wide SPIN meeting to present and receive feedback on proposed amendments to the City’s zoning ordinance to increase the allowable square footage and duration of construction trailers.
• 7:00 p.m.:  SPIN #1 will host a meeting to discuss a proposed zoning request for Marshall Creek Ranch equestrian riding stables located at 4401 TW King Road.  The applicant is requesting a zoning approval to bring the existing non-conforming equestrian riding stables into conformance with current zoning regulations and to address future improvements to the facility.
