The South Coast Music Festival is an annual event where performances are scheduled in either Corpus Christi or Galveston.  According to it’s website, South Coast Music Festivals offers a quality competition for high school bands and orchestras in Corpus Christi and Galveston, Texas. Organizers boast the festival hosts thousands of student musicians each spring for a weekend of fun in the sun and competing with their peers from A to AAAAA schools, junior highs and middle schools.

In addition, the band and residents of the complex were treated to an exhibition of the Carroll Winterguard’s award winning,  championship program on Saturday evening. Bach extended a special congratulation to the group and Pam Randall for an outstanding performance. Bach also thanked Carroll High School Principal Ed Maneikis, Tray Collins, Leslie Westerman, and the parent chaperones for making the trip a successful and memorable competition.
