Forest Park Medical Center at Southlake receives “Best Real Estate Deal” Award

Forest Park Medical Center at Southlake.

Congratulations to the team developing the Forest Park Medical Center at Southlake located at 335 E. State Highway 114 in the City of Southlake.  During the “Best Real Estate Deals” event held by the Dallas Business Journal (DBJ) on the evening of April 25, 2012, the Forest Park development team won the award in the “Medical Deal of the Year” category.

The general acute-care surgical specialty hospital is being co-developed by the Neal Richards Group and LandPlan Development.  Amenities include a clock tower, a calming interior design, resort-style patient rooms, VIP rooms to accommodate families of the patient and roof gardens.  Phase I is currently under construction.  The thirty acre site is master planned to allow a 500,000 square-foot hospital and four medical office buildings.  The project is targeting Silver Leed certification with expectations to reduce both energy and water consumption.
