Southlake Girl Scouts Hosts Information Session

Interested in becoming a Girl Scout?  Do you want to make new friends?  Do you want to make an impact on your community?

Girl Scouts is the world’s preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls – all girls – where, in an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build character and skills for success in the real world.  In partnership with committed adults, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives – like strong values, social conscience and conviction about their own potential and self-worth.  In Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship and power of girls together.  Through the many enriching experiences provided by Girl Scouts, they can grow courageous and strong.  We are so much MORE than just cookies!

If you and your daughter (K-12) are interested in Girl Scouts and joining a troop, please come to our information session on either Thursday, September 6th or Tuesday, September 11th.  Both sessions run from 6:30-7:30 and will be at White’s Chapel United Methodist Church in the Kid’s Kingdom room, and bring your future Girl Scout!!

Please contact Lily Tapp at southlakegirlscouts@gmail.com if you have any questions.
