Pink Out Returns To Dragon Stadium

This year’s annual Dragons Pink Out football game is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 5 at Dragon Stadium. The Carroll Dragons will host the Keller Timber Creek Falcons. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The game’s promotional night sponsor is Baylor Regional Grapevine, a long time district supporter and founding partner at Dragon Stadium.

Carroll ISD continues to assist in the fight against breast cancer by collecting donations before and during the game. Carroll ISD marketing partner CarrollDragons.com is assisting by hosting the Community Box Auction. From now until game day, fans can place a bid for a chance to win and watch the entire game from the Community Box on the second floor of Dragon Stadium. The prize includes admission for up to 20 people and a catered meal.

On game day, fans on both sides of the field are encouraged to wear pink. A pre-game on-field recognition will be held for breast cancer survivors. Survivors from all branches of the Dragon community are invited to attend. Survivors interested in participating need to contact Paige Buck in the Carroll ISD Communications and Marketing Department at 817-949-7080.

During the first quarter of the game, members of CISD’s Peer Assistance Leadership or PALs class, taught by Nikki Gilley will again assist in a pass-the-bucket-campaign to collect donations in the fight against breast cancer.
