Carroll Theatre Presents: Legally Blonde the Musical

Carroll Theatre Department is proud to announce the 2012 Fall Musical: Legally Blonde The Musical, with book by Heather Hach and music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin.

This “ridiculously enjoyable from start to finish” production opened at the Palace Theatre in New York in 2007 and was nominated for seven Tony Awards and 10 Drama Desk Awards. Originally directed and choreographed by Jerry Mitchell, the production is based on the movie, “Legally Blonde” which starred Reese Witherspoon. The production has a PG rating for students 13 and under and has been edited to ensure a fun, whimsical, family-friendly show.

Tickets will go on sale for an anticipated sell-out run in October. The musical will open on Friday, Nov. 30 and will run through Sunday, Dec. 9.
