Once Upon a Dragon: Storybook Parades

Carroll ISD celebrates reading throughout the 2012-13 school  year. “Once Upon a Dragon”, is a fairy tale theme with an emphasis on literacy. On Wednesday, Oct. 31 elementary students across the district participated in various storybook parades, where students and faculty dressed up as characters from their favorite book.
