Skyward App Launch Gives Parents Mobile Access

Carroll ISD’s Technology Department is now providing an exciting new feature for Dragon parents.

Skyward Family Access is now available for Carroll ISD parents who use Apple iOS mobile devices and Google Android mobile devices. The app is available for free in both the AppStore, Google Play Store and Amazon AppStore. The app provides access to a variety of information to help parents stay up-to-date with their student’s academic progress. It provides up-to-date access to a student’s attendance, class schedule, teacher’s gradebook, missing assignment roster and report cards and progress reports. It also allows the parent to view all student accounts, human resource records and district contact information.

“The Skyward App provides instant access to grades, schedules and more for parents, teachers and students on the go,” said Angie Bakke, Carroll ISD Instructional Technology Specialist. “The app is intuitive and the instant feedback and ease of use is a great addition for our digital-age students.”

The Skyward app will also be accessible within Carroll ISD’s upcoming mobile app set to launch later this school year. This app will include multiple features including school contact information, event calendars, lunch menus and much more.
