The City’s new Assistant Police Chief James Brandon joined the Southlake Police Department on Monday, February 18th. Brandon brings with him more than 17 years of experience in law enforcement most recently from the Corpus Christi Police Department.
Other career highlights include; working on high level task forces such as the FBI’s Safe streets program, the Joint Terrorism Task Force and CCPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force to name a few.
Brandon has also received numerous awards and citations including a Life Saving Award, Merit Award for management of the SWAT Team and The Texas Tactical Police Officer’s Association of Excellence Award.
Brandon has been married to his wife Paige for 12 years and has two sons, Luke, 9 and Wyatt, 7.
