The Texas State Odyssey of the Mind Tournament was held Saturday, April 13 in Houston. Over 120 teams from Texas competed for the chance to advance to World Finals at Michigan State University in May. Southlake Carroll Odyssey of the Mind is proud to announce that a record breaking 12 teams represented CISD in five Problems in all three age divisions. Every CISD team competed at the highest level, impressed the judges and spectators with their creativity and teamwork. Four teams are going on to World Finals, three of which are State Champions in their Problem/Division, and one of which earned a spot at World Finals by receiving the Renatra Fusca Award.
