SLPD Salute to Bravo Company 321st MI Battalion

Members of the Southlake Police Department recently paid a special visit to Bravo Company 321st Military Intelligence Battalion in Lewisville. Lieutenant Ken West, Sergeants Mike Dunn and Tyler Sewell presented Southlake Police Officer and Bravo Company 321st reserve Staff Sergeant Briggs and his unit with certificates of appreciation. The awards presented were for the unit’s tireless efforts and contributions to the City of Southlake during special events including our annual July 4th Stars and Stripes Celebration in Town Square.

Bravo Company 321st MI Battalion has supported Southlake events by bringing military vehicles and personnel to Town Square and allowed families to climb aboard to get a one-of-a-kind experience. Seeing the military vehicles and talking with the members of Bravo Company 321st have always been a highlight for attendees of Stars and Stripes.  The Southlake Police department wanted to recognize all that Bravo Company 321st Unit has done for our City and the Southlake Police Department. Lt. West, Sgt.’s Dunn and Sewell presented certificates of appreciation and recognition – “For exemplary support to the City of Southlake that has brought honor and recognition to the United States Army” to BRAVO Company 321st Commander Captain Maria Lucero, Staff Sergeant Jennifer Greenfield, Sergeant 1st Class Oswald Marin and Staff Sergeant Richard Cook (Not pictured is Sergeant Tiona Maxie.)
SLPD Police Officer and Bravo Company 321st MI Battalion Staff Sergeant Briggs recommended his unit for this award with thanks for their dedication and contribution to the City of Southlake and Southlake Police Department.
