District Announces New SRO at CSHS

New Carroll Senior High School SRO Frank Rogers

The Southlake Police Department has assigned Frank Rogers as the new School Resource Officer at Carroll Senior High School.

Rogers began his law enforcement career in 1995 with the Mansfield School District Police Department. As an SRO, Rogers worked in the several different settings, including the middle and high schools. Rogers was instrumental in starting the department’s bike program, in order to assist with crime prevention on campus.

In 1997, Rogers went to work for White Settlement Police Department, where he was awarded several commendations, including a life saving award. Rogers began his career with the Southlake Police Department in 1999. In his time with Southlake, Frank has received additional commendations, to include another life saving award and a meritorious conduct award.

Rogers has been married to his wife Pam for 19 years. In 2007, he and his wife adopted three children Raven, Gavin, and Benjamin.
