Boys Basketball team Starts District Play Tuesday

The Carroll Dragon boys’ basketball team begins District 7-6A action Tuesday, Jan. 6 at home against Coppell. During the winter break, the Dragons played in the 57th annual Whataburger Basketball Tournament in North Richland Hills.

The Dragons lost the opener to Mansfield Lake Ridge and rebounded the next day with a victory against Plano East. Carroll was eliminated in the following game against North Crowley 57-52.

After hosting Coppell on Tuesday, the Dragons travel to face Richland on Friday.
