The Probably Untrue Story of Mary (who) Had a Little Lamb!

2015-4-8 FWSO_MaryLamb2015nobleedThe Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra is excited to introduce a new family concert perfect for music lovers of all ages! Join FWSO Assistant Conductor Daniel Black, narrator Carl Johnson, and the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra for The Probably Untrue Story of Mary (who) Had a Little Lamb! Composer Micah Levy’s reimagining of the classic nursery rhyme follows Mary and her little lamb, Petunia, on an adventure through the woods. Their story is set to musical variations of the familiar tune “Mary Had a Little Lamb”.

Bring the whole family! Come early and experience the instrument petting zoo – where children can see, hear, and touch the different instruments of the orchestra. After the concert, enjoy treats provided by Central Market.

Adult tickets are $20 and children 12 and under are just $5. Seniors, students, and APEX members are $15.

This family concert will take place Thursday, May 21 at 6:30 PM. Instrument petting zoo begins at 5:30 PM. Location: White’s Chapel United Methodist Church, 185 S. White Chapel Boulevard, Southlake, Texas 76092.
