Dragon Soccer Falls to Flower Mound in Area Round

KELLER – The Carroll Dragon soccer team’s season came to an end in the Class 6A area round last Friday.

The Dragons lost to Flower Mound on penalty kicks at Keller ISD Stadium. Carroll lost 2-1 and 4-1 on penalty kicks. The Dragons finished the year 11-9-4. In overtime, the Dragons quickly countered Flower Mound’s goal behind a goaly by Ricardo Becerra. JP Magalhaes scored the Dragons’ only penalty kick.
