Beginning today, Tuesday September 22, 2015, Beam Road at FM 1938 will closed to through traffic to perform underground storm drainage installation. Work is expected to last about a week (weather permitting) and motorists are asked to seek alternate routes during this period.
In addition to the closure of Beam Road, various lane closures are planned on FM 1938 near Randol Mill Avenue from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22 to place temporary lane striping for an upcoming traffic switch. Motorists should exercise caution when traveling in the area and expect delays while the work is being done.
One final reminder: Please avoid running, walking, or biking in the construction zone. Your safety matters.
