It’s time to register for spring athletics

It’s almost time for spring athletics to begin in Southlake. This spring Southlake Parks and Recreation will once again offer Under Armour youth flag football, girls youth volleyball, youth team basketball, men’s 35 and over softball and men’s 8 on 8 church flag football. Take your pick and register today. Here is the specific registration information for each activity. You can register for all the activities below at www.southlakeparksandrec.com or in person at Town Hall.

Under Amor youth flag football
Ages: players in 1^st – 6^th grade for the 2015-2016 school year
Season dates: April 1 – May 27
Registration closes: February 26

Girls youth volleyball
Ages: 6 – 12 (as of September 1, 2015)
Season dates: April 2 – May 14
Registration closes: March 4

Youth team basketball
Ages: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U
Season dates: April 16 – May 28
Registration closes: March 25

Men’s 35 and over Softball
Ages: 35 and over as of March 7
Season dates: March 7 – May 16
Registration closes: February 26

Men’s 8 on 8 church flag football
Ages: 18 and up
Season dates: April 16 – May 21
Registration closes: April 1
