Colleyville Heritage Invitational

Carroll Cross Country had teams compete in both the Varsity and JV divisions of the small meet in Colleyville on Saturday and came away with some great performances. The Varsity competitors took 2nd place and the JV teams took 1st.

Carroll Cross Country Head Coach Justin Leonard said, “The trip to the Javelina Invitational was a fun experience for our kids. Our runners ran a great race and then enjoyed a little time on the beach afterwards. So proud of the kids effort at both the Javelina and Colleyville Heritage meets.”

Dragons are back on the course Oct. 1 with the Varsity traveling to the highly competitive Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, AR and the JV Dragon runners in Keller at the Timbercreek Invitational.
