Request for Assistance with Identifying Theft Suspect

The Southlake Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a recent theft at 24 Hour Fitness.

The suspect entered the facility located at 301 N. Nolan Drive in Southlake at 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. He claimed to be the owner of $400 dollars worth of clothing that was left behind in a locker. The items had already been put into a bag and placed behind the counter. The suspect claimed to be the owner and talked the employee into releasing the victim’s clothing to him.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’10”, 160-170 pounds and appeared to be of high school age.
