Dragon Soccer Coach Earns Milestone in Opening Weekend

Dragon soccer coach Greg Oglesby earned an impressive milestone during his team’s opening tournament.

Oglesby earned victory No. 400 with the boys’ team as he led the Dragons to a 3-0 mark and top finish in the Richland Tournament. Oglesby started the boys’ and girls’ soccer programs in Carroll ISD and owns 518 career wins, which also incldues games as Carroll girls’ coach.

In the three tournament victories, Carroll produced shutouts against Haltom (3-0), Bowie (1-0) and Odessa Permian (3-0).
